Brooklyn post hurricane. The light was so crazy you can almost see it in a photograph.

 Basement flooding was minimal, and everything else seems to have held up fine. Here are the two spots under the control room that connected to the basement. Now both are filled with cement.

 And here's a shot of the north wall, looking pretty cleaned up.

 The ceiling springs are all hung and ready to go when the roof is sealed

 And here's the cement pour on the control room roof. Next thing we have to haul the hvac units up and put them on those posts.
